Our Master's program focus on the planning, construction, operation and reutilization of industrial properties ("IREM Industrial Real Estate Management") and healthcare properties ("HREM Healthcare Real Estate Management") in Germany and abroad. All these graduate studies as well as the teaching and research activities are offered by the Institute of Construction Economics (bauoek).
